The Technician Secretariat and Office operates in SMEs / SMIs, large public enterprises in the sector as in the economic sector.In the exercise of his profession, the Technician Secretariat Office and is a bridge between his unit and the internal and external partners, he facilitates the work of members of his unit, participated in the practical organization of his service. He is also involved in:
  • Records Management (filing, update, files, schedules);
  • management and reproduction of documents (letters, orders, invoices, statements);
  • the management of information resources (reception, telephone, fax, mail, Internet).

After the training, the laureate will be able to execute the following activities:
  • Organize a filing system
  • Participate in the organization or reorganization of the service
  • Check statistics and present
  • Presenting documents (with office tools)
  • Write professional documents (letters, briefing notes, minutes)
  • Manage time and that of his superior
  • Use the phone to process a file
  • Organize meetings.
Age Restriction: 30 years old
School level required:
  • 2nd year Baccalaureate all series
  • Degree of social asistance level qualification

Training Selection Methods:
  • Guidance form to fill out
  • Admission Tests.
  • French test for holders of the diploma Welfare.
  • The training is modular, and assessments are carried out as follows:
    • Continuous Controls;
    • Culminating examinations;
    • passing examinations;
    • End of training examination.
