The Sales Technician expert hase a leading role in the sustainability of a company. Being the key point of contact for clients, he is able to carry out any sales action that is necessary to achieve the commercial goals; from the negotiation phase to the execution of the contract through a strong commercial follow-up.In a highly competitive environment, the Sales Technician expert should establish a strong sales strategy. For this purpose, he must be equiped with tools that enables him to analyze the market in order to anticipate the customers needs thanks to a properly conducted competitive intelligence. Whether the activity has a local, national or international dimension, the technician qualifications offer him a great ability to adapt to any business situation.

After the training, the laureate will be able to execute the following activities:
  • Analyze and explore the environment
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Execute sales operations and establish the general conditions
  • Establish agent contracts
  • Lead a sales team
  • Ensure the operational monitoring of business management on a defined area
  • Speaking a foreign language (English or Spanish)
  • Use office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, files managements, etc.)
  • Manage import / export operations
  • Organize review tours, trade shows, exhibitions
  • Process orders and receipts.
Age Restriction: 30 years old for both Baccalaureate and Baccalaureatedegrees holders
School level required: Baccalaureate all series
  • required physical abilities: No difficulty speaking

Training Selection Methods:
  • Guidance form to fill out    
  • Interviews after preselection.
  • The training is modular, and assessments are carried out as follows:
    • Continuous Controls;
    • Culminating examinations;
    • passing examinations;
    • End of training examination.
    Having an active experience and a proven professional skills, the Sales Technician Expert will be given important responsibilities in sales management or marketing.
