The Skilled Worker Carpenter Metallic is a professional who performs workshop production, and implements metal structures of the building on site.

After the training, the laureate will be able to execute the following activities:
  • Read and interpret general and detailed drawings
  • Debit the working materials, according to the data taken from the detail plane or the received instructions
  • Mark, drill, thread and adjust according to the measurements indicated in the plan
  • Prepare the parts to be welded
  • Assemble and weld the parts prepared by oxyacetylene welding (ODS) or arc welding (SEA)
  • Maintain the workstation
  • Apply safety and hygiene rules.
Age Restriction: 15 to 30 years old
School level required: 6th year of Basic Education and
Qualities and skills the candidate must have:
  • Mental balance
  • Good dexterity
  • Meticulousnessness
  • Creative Spirit
  • Lowlimbs or upperlimbs motor disorders
  • Dizziness

  • Admission tests
  • The training is attested by a Skilled worker degree. assessments are carried out as follows:
    • Continuous Controls;
    • Culminating examinations;
    • End of training examination.
