Training Overview

Skilled technicians trained in this sector, can work as safety and enviroment professionnels. They apply and participate in the implementation of major systems OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001. They ensure good hygiene practice in food industry and pharmaceutical industry.

After the training, the laureate will be able to execute the following activities:
  • Participate in the implementation of safety and environmental systems
  • Participate in the implementation of the Good Practices of Hygiene (GHP) in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics
  • minimize the dangers and health risks
  • Write procedures and instructions for quality systems
  • Prepare records
  • Assess the systems in place
  • Pilot internal training for his team
  • Take internal audit

School level required: Baccalaureate degree in addition, at least, to two years of training, namely:
  • Skilled Technician or equivalent courses for the sectors: food processing, chemical,
  • 2nd year of science university studies
  • vocational degrees or PhD's: Biology, Physics or Chemistry
  • The laureates of the Engineering Schools

  • Qualities and skills the candidate must have:
  • Sense of responsibility and management
  • Sense og autonomy, analysis, creativity and initiative
  • Selfcontrol, motivation for technology and ambition for career development
  • Security Sense
  • Team spirit

  • Training Selection Methods:
  • Filling the orientation package
  • File Review and interview after preselection
  • During the training program, the modules are evaluated by continuous controls upon their completion.After the training program, a review is organised, following which a certificate is issued to successful candidates
